CANCELLATION POLICY A credit card is required to hold all appointments when booked: For dollar amount of $20.00 and above To avoid a cancellation fees, appointments must be canceled at least 48 hours in advance. ***Your card will be charged a nonrefundable 60% of the service price for appointments canceled or reschedule 24 hour prior to the appointment time. ****90 % of the service price for rescheduling and or cancellation within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time. ***100% of the service price for same day cancellation, rescheduling, and missed appointments. ***ALL FEES NONREFUNDABLE.
